A quiet room, a good cup, and time to spare.

Ember began with a stubborn belief that coffee — and the space it's poured in — should be worth slowing down for. We source single-origin beans directly from growers we visit, roast them a few blocks from the shop, and pull every shot with intention.

The room is designed the same way. Warm materials, honest light, and the kind of acoustic softness that lets you read, work, or talk without shouting. Come for the espresso. Stay for the afternoon.
